=> Go to file list module
=> Right click folder
=> Select cut
=> Exception

InvalidArgumentException thrown in file
/usr/local/share/typo3/typo3_src-8.7.28/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/Driver/LocalDriver.php in line 255.
Select another folder => Same exception
Editors have to logout to be able to use the file list
Tests in 8.7.27 were okay
