Description

Lately, the nighly jobs are instable due to a high load on the host machines as well as overwhelming gerrit with a high amount of requests in a very short time.
In order to even out the amount of running jobs, test plan stages will contain an equal amount of jobs each, that corresponds with the amount of available build agents.
