Remove repo polling trigger from pre-merge test plans

Description
Each patchset put to gerrit will be tested by pre-merge test plan and vote on the change. However, after the change has been merged, another trigger on the pre-merge test plans will again put the whole branch trough the tests, without reporting the result anywhere. Testing after merge is done via nightly test plans, that report their result into the Slack Channel.
Means: this trigger can be removed, it provides no advantages, but ties up a considerable amount of agents.
