Description
The page TS editor is not always shown.
Steps to reproduce:
- edit a page
- if Resources tab is active, select an other tab and close and open the page again
- change to the Resources tab
-> page TS editor is not shown

We have a similar issue with 9.5.14.
When displaying the Resources tab for the very first time, TS Editor is blank.
If we click inside, code appears but messy (mixed with line numbers), see screenshot.
We have to close the Page editing and reenter.
