getCurrentPageIdFromCurrentSiteRoot returns wrong ID

Description
I upgraded from TYPO3 8 LTS to TYPO3 9 LTS.
getCurrentPageIdFromCurrentSiteRoot query the db searching for pages where is_siteroot=1.
But all the translated pages have is_siteroot=1 so getCurrentPageIdFromCurrentSiteRoot returns the uid of one of the translated pages instead of the uid of the pages record with sys_language_uid=0
