Description

Use "REDIRECT_TYPO3_PATH_APP" - "REDIRECT_TYPO3_PATH_ROOT" as fallback for "TYPO3_PATH_APP" - "TYPO3_PATH_ROOT" environment variable.

I think it is the same issue as: https://forge.typo3.org/issues/58358
