Description
XML Sitemap additionalWhere and excludeDoktypes conditions must be passed through the getPageList function so that it can exclude a complete tree of the excluded doktype. right now if a docktype is excluded or a page is hidden, only those pages got excluded and all their child come to the tree list to make sitemap.

We will not implement this as it will not help most of the people. If you want, you can always create your own Sitemap Dataprovider that will implement this.
