Using wrong directory when typo3_src is symlinked.

Resulting in tasks that cannot be found when job is automated via scheduler

I do not really understand your issue description. Could you go into more details, please: What is your exact setup and what are the positions of your packages and core? What exactly fails? Where does the cli tool run into trouble when a scheduler task is executed?

You information is currently simply just a bit too sparse for us to allow us to see whether we can do anything about it.
