A native time in the record list title is displayed in the current timezone.
However we expect no timezone conversion on native time.

Prerequisites¶

• server / php timezone !== UTC (e.g. Asia/Shanghai)
• tested with cc85324731 [master], 10.4, (probably also 9.5)
