Use icon identifier for backend modules

Description
Backend modules of TYPO3 still use a hard-coded icon path to copies of their respective module icons. As those icons are part of the icon repository, the copies are not needed anymore.

After putting this change to sleep for one night I think this solution is not technically correct as it couples all extensions tighter to EXT:core where it isn't necessary.
