Collapsible elements in Backend User info do not collapse on first click

Description

All collapsible elements in Backend User info are somehow broken.
They open on second click first (first click does nothing).

Steps to reproduce (current master):

1. Open the Backend Users module
2. Click on the system information icon (left of the "i" icon) of any backend user
3. Click on any collapsible element (e.g. TSconfig or exclude fields)

This might be a consequence of Bootstrap v5.
