Add button to open original file from the edit view

Description
It would be nice to have in the edit view of files in the backend not only the preview image (where available) but also a way to directly open the original file.

To test the change, open a file e.g. in the Filelist module in the Edit view.
In the "General" tab below the information about the file (and next to the preview image - if available) you should find the button to open the file. The file is opened in a new tab.
If the edit window of the file is opened as a popup, the button is also available and opens the file in a new tab in the original window.
Tested with pdf, mp4, jpg, png, youtube.
