Description

This condition trigger an error "Unable to get a property on a non-object." which is written to the file log

[ip("devIP") || request.getNormalizedParams().getRemoteAddress() matches "/{$someconstant}/"]
    ...
[global]

Component: TYPO3.CMS.Frontend.Configuration.TypoScript.ConditionMatching.ConditionMatcher

It comes through a webrequest, not a cli request.
