Workspace Info Modal shows "Send to LIVE" even if without access

Description
The "row details" (which is in the Workspaces Module, and clicking on a "i" icon of a record), shows buttons to the next / previous stages, even if they don't do anything because the user has no access.
Steps to reproduce:
+ Create a workspace
+ create an editor ("ws-editor")
+ select the editor as member of the workspace
+ make sure the workspace record does have the "Publish access" checkboxes "Publish only content in publish stage" and "Restrict publising to workspace owners" set
+ modify a record and have the editor send the record into "Ready to publish" stage
Result: The button "Publish to LIVE" is shown but doesn't do anything.
