Deleting referenced files not possible

Description
When I delete a file via filelist which has references, a dialog asks me if I really want to delete the file because it has references. Then I press delete (means yes) and I see a flash message that the file could not be deleted because it has references. Whaat? :-)
IMHO it should be possible to delete files and when they have references the references should be deleted too. With a yes/no dialog it's perfectly fine. Maybe configurable via an UserTS option?
Imagine the usage of an unlicensed file which should be removed. One needs to delete all references first. This is not very handy.

Made a little extension for it. Can publish it if someone is interested.
The issue can get closed.
