Refactor client-side flexform rendering

Description
The FlexForm rendering is one of the heavier jQuery-based modules, which brings a custom jQuery "plugin" which registers only some events. Additionally, FlexForm sections don't feel right - they act like IRRE but don't behave the same, UX wise.
The module should get rewritten to drop usage of jQuery and to streamline the look&feel.
