Strange behaviour of image manipulation wizard in 10.4.13

Description

Image manipulation wizard is working fine for images which NEVER have been opened in image manipulation wizard inside ANY element. After that (even when wizard is just opened and closed using cancel button) it looks like in the attached screenshot. I tested this in latest versions of Chrome, FF and Edge.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Upload new image into filelist
  • Open any content element with enabled image manipulation wizard
  • click Open Editor
  • click Cancel
  • click Open Editor again
