Description

The PHPDoc of FlashMessagesViewHelper still states it will clear cache and has a @see annotation.
This was removed at TYPO3 7.3.0 via https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/34818.

The Documentation should be updated to provide proper info to users.
