Boolean global configuration options have issues in the corresponding install tool card

Description
In the "Configure Installation-Wide Options" card of the install tool, boolean configuration options are represented by checkbox elements. These have some issues:
1. It's not possible to change such value in this card anymore. Whenever such option should be changed (by de/selecting the checkbox) a warning is shown after "write configuration" was clicked.
2. The checkbox labels contain invalid markup p and do furthermore not define the form-check-label-text class, which leads to misrepresentation.
