Description

Create the pages like this:

* Root page (slug "/")
  * Subpage A (slug "/subpage-a")
  * Subpage B (slug "/subpage-b")

If you then rename the slug of Subpage A to "/subpage-b" manually in FormEngine, the green success message is shown, even though the slug to be used is "/subpage-b-1". Instead the yellow / warning message should be shown.

In addition, the text does not have proper margins and sizing, making it almost unusable.
