Streamline namespaces and service configuration in EXT:felogin

Description
The namespace of "felogin" was partially changes to
TYPO3\CMS\FrontendLogin with #84262, but was kept
with TYPO3\CMS\FeLogin for BC reasons in some
places.
Now that deprecated functionality has been
removed the code should be streamlined to use the
new FrontendLogin namespace solely.
