Description
After collapsing the category tree using the button "Collapse All" in the TYPO3 backend the categories cannot be expanded again using the expand-arrow next to the category (uid#0).
So the only option is to click the "Expand All" button - which makes both the buttons a bit useless.
It'd make sense to just collapse the categories after the first level of the category tree.
