Scheduler Reports Task empty when called by cron

Description

I created a scheduler Task for updating the status report. When I run it via Scheduler Module in Backend it sends a E-Mail with some Errors. When scheduler is executed by cron, it sends an report E-Mail but this time Issues: is blank.
