Rework SettingsCest to make it play nicely together with all other acceptance tests

Description
Accpetance test SettingsCest changes settings in the install tool.
This causes other tests to fail due to display different labels and such.
To avoid this SettingsCest has to revert the changes for each test and make
sure settings are the same as before.
