Exception in Upgrade Wizard called via CLI if field sys_log.channel does not exist

Description

When upgrading from a pre 11.3 release the column sys_log.channel does not exist. Because of the limited support of db upgrades through the CLI the column is not created before running updateNecessary() of the Upgrade Wizards and this leads to this exception:

In AbstractMySQLDriver.php line 79:

An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT count(channel) FROM sys_log WHERE NOT channel="default"':
Unknown column 'channel' in 'field list'

In ConnectionError.php line 19:

Unknown column 'channel' in 'field list'
