Class TYPO3\CMS\Install\Service\CoreVersionService has removed method "isYoungerPatchReleaseAvailable"

Description
In the class CoreVersionService the method "isYoungerPatchReleaseAvailable" is missing since TYPO3 10.4.19.
TYPO3 10.4.18 this is still present, I also don't see any depricated flag or similar...

Hi, the PHPDoc of this class states it is @internal as most of the classes in ext:install. How are you using this class?

aaahhh yesaa, right I have overlooked, please apologize.
The class or its methods are used in the TER EXT:zabbix_client, e.g. here:

since we also use it, and suddenly error messages came from all sides, I was of course first like... aaaaaahhhh xD

Fix / Workaround:
In my fork I now just use the get.typo3 api for it:

Can be closed, once again sorry for the excitement.
