Description

If no tables are selected in "Include tables", "Update" action fails.
Only in TYPO3 v10 (10.4.21) [Regression] - In TYPO3 v11 it is OK.

Steps to reproduce
1) go in Export module from any page
2) unselect (pressing Ctrl on keyboard) the preselected option "[ALL tables]" in "Include tables" section
3) click on the "Update" button
