I just noticed that in several TYPO3 instances with different versions (8.7, 9.5, 10.4, 11.5) under "DB Check" and then "Database Relations" everything is always empty.
Partly it is Composer installations, partly regvular. What should actually be displayed here?

I'm pretty sure this is related to the Doctrine DBAL migration in TYPO3 v8. Let's see what we can do about that...
