Description

Yarn has been used back in 2017 because
npm lock file wasn't stable yet.

`npm ci` is solid thesedays, so no
need to use yarn anymore. Also, updating
yarn to v3 will currently require a binary
blob to be installed, therefore we rather
switch back to npm.
