TYPO3 Core upgrade: fix outdated link and update text

Description
The link to the Upgrade Guide became outdated and is therefore invalid (users end up at a 404 error page).

The attached patch updates the link to the new documentation Major Upgrade and also slightly improves the wording of the text.
