Show output of console commands when executed via Scheduler

Description
The scheduler task ExecuteSchedulableCommandTask is able to execute console commands. However, the output of this commands is silenced due to the use of NullOutput.
It would be great if the output could be forwarded to the active console output in CLI context. If executed from the backend, it might not be necessary.
