Description

Hello,

if I add a new form content element to a page and save it, two elements are created (instead of one).

Hi, thanks for creating an issue. Is this always reproducible or does this only occur one in a while? If this is always reproducible for you, could you please share step by step instructions or maybe even a short video? By now, I'm not able to reproduce this.

What I did:

1. Go to some page (in page module)
2. Click on "+Content"
3. Select Content Element "Form"
4. Select a Form definition in the "Plugin" tab
5. Save the element

=> Only one element has been created.
