Update docker-compose warning in runTests.sh script

Description
The Build/Scripts/runTests.sh script throws a warning if the docker-compose version is > 2. In this context you get the warning:
"If you are running Docker Desktop for MacOS/Windows disable 'Use Docker Compose V2 release candidate' (Settings > Experimental Features)"
According to the current docker desktop docs:
Mac: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/mac/#general
Windows: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/windows/#general
the warning should be renamed to:
"If you are running Docker Desktop for MacOS/Windows disable 'Use Docker Compose V2' (Preferences > General)"
