Description

I am using <onChange>reload</onChange> in a flexform XML with select types. The expected behaviour is that on selecting an item the "Refresh required" modal shows up. Instead, it just reloads the frame without warning and does not save the selected value.

Declared in TCA it works perfectly fine.

I tested it in a TYPO3 v11.5.12 as well as 11.5.0.

I just checked it out and indeed no modal pops up, but any values inserted/changed in the flexform (or other fields) are properly saved in my case.

My values which are not saved are meant to go into the tt_content.pi_flexform field - maybe this makes a difference.
