Description:
One of our customers reported that he can't upload files to the TYPO3 filelist.
The orange bar at the top just keeps going, but never reaches the end.
After investigating it seems to be the naming of these files. Harmonie and Happiness

Steps to reproduce
Try to upload any jpg or png with empty spaces before and after an and.
For example "test and test.jpg".
