Cannot click "+ Content" button after dis-/enabling content element

Description

After clicking the disable / enable button on a content element in the page module, clicking the upper "+ Content" button is not possible anymore, as the drag&drop handling interferes. This can be workarounded by starting a drag action and aborting it immedtiately.
