After upgrade from TYPO3 10.5 to TYPO3 11.5.19 resources on subpages will not load anymore.
page.includeCSS.style = fileadmin/layout/style.css generates since TYPO3 11.5.19:
fileadmin/layout/style.css?1546045063
instead of
/fileadmin/layout/style.css?1546045063
The first slash is missing. So no css can be loades from subpages. My Workaround ist to set config.baseURL = /, but i think it should be better if the slash come back.
Try to set config.absRefPrefix = /, but it do not work on page.includeCSS resources.
