In Form Extension there is a simple spelling mistake in german language.
options.replyToAddress in german there is a "a" to much. See Screenshot.

I've approved all occurances of "Reply-To Empfänger" in Crowdin. Please check if it works. It might take a couple of hours until the new translation is available for download in the TYPO3 backend.
