Description

TCA placeholder values are not localized properly (https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-tca/11.5/en-us/ColumnsConfig/CommonProperties/Placeholder.html). This works in TYPO3 <= 10 but is broken in TYPO3 11.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Upload FAL file and localize metadata
  2. Create content element with reference to this file and localize it
  3. Check placeholder value

The issue seems to be located in TcaInputPlaceholders.php. The language is passed as integer and not as array. It works if i remove the [0] in https://github.com/TYPO3/typo3/blob/v11.5.21/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Form/FormDataProvider/TcaInputPlaceholders.php#L143.
