Description

The page tree currently suffers from up to massive performance issues, making drag&drop unusable or unreliable in some cases.

Christmas tree scenario:

Have EXT:bootstrap_package and its demo tree installed
Expand all nodes in the tree
Drag the outermost node ("Congratulations") around

Depending on the device, massive lags will happen while dragging the node around. I've attached a profile created with Chrome Performance Insights.
