For different language settings of the page type "Link to external URL" you have to switch back to page tape "standard", do settings for different language versions by switching the page type of the language version to "Link to external URL", switch it back to standard and finally switch back to page type "Link to external URL" of the default language page when you're done. Took some time to find out, but works. The localisation view for that page type is not implemented.. (issue imported from #M13997)
