As backenduser when setting a link in the text editor on a "text" content element I do: 
 -> Highlight text 
 -> Open link browser 
 -> go to "Page" tab 
 -> Missing label/text description in the highlighted area (see red marking) 

 {{thumbnail(bug.png, size=200)}} !bug.png,w=100! 

 The required configuration for CKeditor in yaml is: 

 <pre> 
 buttons: 
   link: 
     pageIdSelector.: 
       enabled: 1 
 </pre>
