h1. Problem/Description Even if the install process now creates .htaccess or web.config automatically, it should be definitely mentioned in the core/Documentation/ChangeLog. I was extremely confused right now while rewriting some documentation files. *IMO we should add it as a Important Breaking Change RsT*
