Luxembourgish is not available

Description
I tried to install the language "Luxembourgish" at "Manage Language Packs", but I get this message:
Language packs updated
0 new language packs downloaded, 0 language packs updated, 0 language packs skipped, 29 language packs not available
Used TYPO3 version: 12.2.0
Here you say, that it is possible to download Luxembourgish (ISO 639-1 code “lb”):

As far as I can see, Luxembourgish is not available as language on Crowdin:
https://crowdin.com/project/typo3-cms

To be fixed in Crowdin.
ASAIK none of the projects has neither Luxembougish, German Luxembourg nor French Luxembourg - which is the right choice?
And can someone subjoin a list of which extensions to be added?

The language with the code "lb" was added by Preben and is available:

Well, the download works now, but I see only german descriptions:
I have selected "Luxemburgisch [Luxembourgish - lb]" for my backend account and that works, but I see only german labels - even after a reload or clearing all chaches.

there are no translations in lb at crowdin: https://crowdin.com/project/typo3-cms/lb
