Actions #1

Updated by Annett Jähnichen about 1 year ago

I have tested copying and moving files and folders in the Filelist module.
At a quick glance I haven't noticed any difference yet.

Can you put more information here?
Are you still working on changes yourself?
If it stays with minor changes, the UX team could implement the changes.

My findings on TYPO3 13.3.0-dev (latest main) on several scenarios:

I used a file "file1.jpg" and a folder "subfolder" and tried to copy/paste them from a folder "folder_1" to "folder_2" using the clipboard:

Scenario File/folder involved Modal message
Copy "file1.jpg" Paste in clipboard content
Copy "file1.jpg" into "folder_2"?
[Close] [OK]
Move "file1.jpg" Paste in clipboard content
Move "file1.jpg" into "folder_2"?
[Close] [OK]
Copy "subfolder" Paste in clipboard content

Move "subfolder" Paste in clipboard content
Move "subfolder" into "folder_2"?

Copy both "file1.jpg" and "subfolder" Paste in clipboard content
Copy all elements (2) from the clipboard into "folder_2"?
