When accessing the file list in the element browser, I am unable to deactivate thumbnails.
See attached screen recording (A).
On the same instance, deactivating and re-enabling the thumbnails in the Files -> Filelist backend module works fine.

Issue occurs in Firefox v110.0.1 and Chromium v111.0.5563.64.

Re-tested in v12.4.0-dev. Deactivating and activating thumbnails in element browser works again.
