information inside progress bar in install setup is cut off

Description
When first installing TYPO3 via the install setup tool, the information inside the progress bar is cut off.
The text "1/5 - 20% Complete" is bigger than the background color of the first step of this progress.

It looks like there are two ways to accomplish this with pure CSS:
1) Duplicating the bar and using clip-path https://codepen.io/valiooo/pen/ALXodB
2) Using SVG Mask https://codepen.io/jordanthomas/pen/XdZGvw
