TYPO3 Core

Hello everyone,

it looks like the login form of the backend is not localized/translated anymore.
For example if you have the german language pack installed the phrase "More about TYPO3" is not replaced with "Mehr über TYPO3".

I was able to reproduce this when updating vom 12.3.0 to 12.4.0, both in composer-mode as well as the "classic" mode.
All versions of 12.4.x seem to be affected.

My Accept-Language-Header when testing this was:
