Description

When the Broadcast Messaging was introduced into TYPO3 in 2019 (#89244), a polyfill was required for Edge. According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Broadcast_Channel_API#browser_compatibility, every major browser, TYPO3 supports, supports this feature as well. Therefore, the polyfill can be removed.
