Over time, a collection of fixture files was placed into ext:extbase/Tests directly, without clearly dedicating those files to certain tests. This led to reuse all over the place, ever shared fixtures between unit and functional tests might have developed.
We want to resolve this folder residing directly in Tests. If fixture files are used in only one of the other top level folders, move the file to a more fitting position inside this folder.
If it is used in several of the top level test folders, duplicate the fixture files and move it into those folders.
In all cases, the consuming code needs to be adjusted to the new position.
Goal is to get rid of the top level Fixture folder here, there can be several patches to achieve the goal.
